 Tamago (egg) sandwich


Ingredients (serves1):
材料 (1人分)

2 slices PASCO Choujuku Shoku PAN 6 sliced Bread
2枚 パスコ超熟食パン 6枚スライス

1 pc egg
1個 卵

10g sugar
10g 砂糖

10g grated parmesan cheese
10g 粉チーズ

15g mayonnaise
15g マヨネーズ

10g butter
10g バター

15g salad oil
15g サラダ油

5 Step Recipe:

Step 1
Crack eggs into a bowl, beat them well, and combine with sugar to make an egg mixture.

Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the egg mixture. Slowly move the pan to create a thin omelette. Once the surface of the thin omelette has dried, remove it onto a plate. Fold it in half on the plate.

Step 3
Prepare two slices of Chojuku Shokupan bread and spread butter softened at room temperature and mayonnaise. (*Feel free to trim the crusts of the bread if you prefer.)

Step 4
Place the previously made thin omelette on top of the bread, shaping it to fit the square shape of the bread. Sandwich with the other slice of bread, cut into 4 equal parts, and plate.

Step 5
Finally, sprinkle a little salt on top. A small amount of salt enhances the sweetness of the egg, making it even more delicious. Enjoy your meal!
