Tandoori Chicken Miso Style
Ingredients: 400g Chicken Thigh Fillets / 140g Miso Paste / 2 tbsp Mirin Cooking Sweet Wine / 2 tbsp Sugar / 2/3 cup Plain Yoghurt / A nip of Paprika Powder / A dash of Salad Oil / A dash of Soy Sauce
1) Cut chicken thigh fillets into pieces.
2) To make marinade, in a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken and oil.
3) Put the chicken into the bowl and turn to coat the marinade thoroughly,
then leave them for 30-60mins.
4) Remove the extra marinade sauce from the chicken by cooking paper.
5) Grill chicken on an oiled pan.
6) Serve chicken garnished with salad.
