we would like to introduce a popular Japanese dish made using udon soup, which is Karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken). 日本で大変好評頂いております、うどんスープを使用した唐揚げをご紹介致します。

The udon soup has a hidden flavor, and the popular crispy fried chicken.
うどんスープが隠し味 好評とりから揚げ

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
材料(2人分)

Chicken thigh meat: 300g
鶏もも肉 300g

Udon soup: 1 bag
うどんスープ 1袋

Grated ginger: 1 tablespoon
おろししょうが 大さじ1

Potato starch: 40g
片栗粉 40g

Frying oil: as needed
揚げ油 適宜

Instructions:
作り方

1.Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces, mix it with udon soup and grated ginger, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
1.鶏肉を食べやすい大きさに切り、うどんスープとおろししょうがを加えてよくもみ込み、10分ほどおいて味をなじませる。

2.Put the marinated chicken and potato starch into a plastic bag, shake it well to evenly coat the chicken with the starch.
2.ポリ袋に、1の鶏肉と片栗粉を入れて振り、まんべんなく粉をまぶす。

3.Fry the chicken in oil at medium temperature (170°C) until it's fully cooked.
3.中温(170℃)の揚げ油で火が通るまで揚げる。

4.Serve it in a dish and garnish with cucumber, celery, and lemon.
4.器に盛り、きゅうり、セロリ、レモンを添える。
