We've fried burdock root in oil to dry it, creating light and crispy chips infused with refreshing lemon flavour. We've balanced sweetness, acidity, and umami to complement the burdock and lemon flavours. The burdock is cut into easy-to-eat strips and is rich in dietary fiber. Enjoy it as is.

You can also use it as a topping for salads. This product uses powder made from lemons grown in Setoda, known as the birthplace of Japanese lemons. To preserve the authentic lemon taste, we use whole lemons including the peel to make the powder.
