Since it comes already coated in flour, making burdock tempura is easy – simply dip it in tempura batter while still frozen. It's pre-boiled, so it turns out just right with a nice texture every time, and you avoid any failure.
Fry it in oil at around 170 to 175°C for about 3minutes to 3 and a half minutes straight from the freezer.
打ち粉付きなので、冷凍のまま水溶き天ぷら粉に通すだけで、簡単にごぼう天ぷらが作れます。
あらかじめ下茹でしているので、失敗無く、程良い食感に仕上がります。
冷凍のまま、170〜175˚Cの油で約3分〜3分半揚げてください。
