Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Morihan Matcha Powder
2 tablespoons hot water (about 70–80°C / 160–175°F)
150–200 ml steamed milk or plant-based milk (e.g., almond, oat, soy)
Sweetener to taste (optional: honey, sugar, or syrup)
Instructions:
Sift the Matcha: Sift 1 teaspoon of Morihan Matcha into a bowl or cup to remove any clumps.
Add Hot Water: Pour in 2 tablespoons of hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk (chasen) or a small whisk until smooth and frothy.
Heat and Froth the Milk: Steam your milk or heat it gently on the stove or microwave. Froth the milk if you like it creamy and airy.
Combine: Pour the steamed milk into the matcha mixture slowly while stirring gently.
Sweeten: Add sweetener if desired and stir well.
