A little bowl of beef bowl
This powdered seasoning allows you to easily make gyudon by simply boiling beef and onions. The key to deliciousness is red wine. It eliminates the smell of beef, brings out its umami, and creates a deep, slowly-cooked flavor.
In addition to beef bowls, you can also use it for pork bowls and beef sukiyaki don.
牛肉と玉ねぎをさっと煮込むだけで、手軽に牛丼が作れる粉末調味料です。おいしさの決め手は赤ワイン。牛肉の臭みを消してうま味を引き出し、じっくりと煮込んだ深みのある味わいになります。
牛丼の他に、豚丼や牛すき丼にも使えます。
Ingredients
60g sliced beef
1/4 onion
Chotto Donburi Gyudon 1 bag
80ml water
1 portion of Rice
Pickled ginger
How to cook
1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
2. Add water and Chotto Donburi to the pot.
3. Add onions, cover and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. When the onions are soft, add the beef, cover and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Once cooked, pour over rice.
