There are two types of condiments, one for to make the egg very fluffy. And the other is for the tenshin don sauce. If you have eggs, you can make Tianjin rice in a frying pan. It contains carrots and green onions.
ふんわりたまごに、鶏がらだしのうま味がきいたあんがたっぷり。たまごがあればフライパンで天津飯ができます。にんじん、ねぎ入り。
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 portion of cooked rice
- 50ml of water for egg seasoning
- 200ml of water for ankake sauce
- 1 table spoon of salad oil
How to cook
1. Dissolve egg seasoning in water (50ml), add eggs and mix.
2. In a separate container, dissolve the seasoning for the ankake sauce with water (200ml).
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over high heat, pour in the mix from step 1, stir quickly, and when it becomes half-cooked, turn the heat to medium and form into a round shape.
4. Mix the mix from step 2 well again, pour it around, and simmer for about 1 minute until it thickens.
5. It is now ready to serve.
