It is already battered, so easier to cook and serve.
Put some Okonomiyaki sauce or Tonkatsu sauce as you like!
Convention oven: Preheat oven to 180℃ and cook the katsu on a lightly greased oven tray for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the katsu in the half way through.
Deep frying: Preheat oil to 180℃ and fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn the katsu in the half way through.
*The cooking time varies depending on the equipment to use & how many pieces to cook at once. Please check if the each piece is cooked completely before serving.
*There might be some small bones remained.
