Under the supervision of the famous ramen restaurant "Tenkaippin", we have reproduced the signature ramen "Kotteri (rich soup)" with hot pot soup. It is a hot pot soup with the flavor of chicken and vegetables and the richness of garlic. After the hot pot, you can enjoy it in various ways such as ramen and risotto.

In 1971, a food stall in Kitashirakawa, Kyoto, was founded. The "thick soup" is made by slowly cooking chicken stock and using more than a dozen kinds of vegetables. Therefore it  is full of flavor, and has a rich taste but a refreshing aftertaste.

ラーメンの名店「天下一品」監修のもと、看板商品のラーメン「こってり」を鍋スープで再現しました。鶏と野菜の旨みに、にんにくのコクを効かせた鍋スープです。鍋あとはラーメンのほか、リゾットなど様々な食べ方でお楽しみいただけます。

【天下一品】1971年、京都北白川の屋台が創業。鶏がらをじっくりと炊き出し、十数種類の野菜なども用いて旨みがたっぷり入った「こってりスープ」はこってりとした口当たりながらも、後味はすっきりとしています。
