● Microwave Cooking (Be careful of burns!)

1. Lift the lid of the tray up to the dotted line.
2. Heat it in the microwave. Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds (may vary slightly depending on the microwave).

• 500W/600W: About 1 minute 30 seconds
• 1000W: About 1 minute

● Boiling Water Cooking

Do not remove the lid. Make sure the product is not stacked and place it with the top side facing up. Do not cover the pot with a lid and heat for about 16 minutes.

1. トレーのフタを点線まであげてください。
2. 電子レンジで温めてください。

レンジで約1分30秒（機種により多少異なります）
500W/600W - 約1分30秒
1000W - 約1分

●熱湯調理

熱湯調理の場合は、フタをはがさず、商品を重ねないようにし、天面を上にして入れ、鍋のフタはしないで約16分加熱してください。
