It is made with a separate 'mixed spice' that brings out the deliciousness of seafood, and a 'special roux' finished with concentrated seafood umami and rich spice aroma, allowing you to easily enjoy an authentic seafood curry.
How to make it:
1,Stir-fry seafood (medium heat): Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the seafood. Once the color changes, turn off the heat and mix in the attached spice packet 'mixed spices', then turn off the heat.
2,Stir-fry the onion until it becomes tender (medium heat): Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a thick pot and stir-fry the sliced onion.
3,Add water (600ml) and simmer until the onion becomes soft (about 10 minutes after boiling).
4,Break in the roux and dissolve it, then turn off the heat.
5,Simmer (low heat): Cook for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally until it thickens. 6,Add the stir-fried seafood and bring to a simmer (low heat).
