It is made with a separate 'mixed spice' that brings out the deliciousness of seafood, and a 'special roux' finished with concentrated seafood umami and rich spice aroma, allowing you to easily enjoy an authentic seafood curry.

How to make it:

1,Stir-fry seafood (medium heat): Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the seafood. Once the color changes, turn off the heat and mix in the attached spice packet 'mixed spices', then turn off the heat. 

2,Stir-fry the onion until it becomes tender (medium heat): Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a thick pot and stir-fry the sliced onion.

3,Add water (600ml) and simmer until the onion becomes soft (about 10 minutes after boiling).

4,Break in the roux and dissolve it, then turn off the heat.

5,Simmer (low heat): Cook for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally until it thickens. 6,Add the stir-fried seafood and bring to a simmer (low heat).

シーフードのおいしさを引きだす別添『ミックススパイス』と、濃縮された魚介のうまみと香辛料の豊かな香りで仕あげた『専用ルウ』で作る仕様なので、手軽に本格シーフードカレーを味わうことができる。

【作り方】

  1. 魚介類を炒める(中火):フライパンにサラダ油大さじ1を熱し、下ごしらえした魚介類を炒める。色が変わったら火を止め、添付の小袋「ミックススパイス」をからめるて火を止める。
  2. 玉ねぎがしんなりするまで炒める(中火)。厚手の鍋にサラダ油大さじ1を熱し、薄切りにした玉ねぎを炒める。
  3. 水(600ml)を入れ、煮込む。玉ねぎが柔らかくなるまで煮込む。(沸騰後約10分)
  4. ルウを割り入れて溶かし、火を止める。
  5. 煮込む(弱火):時々かき混ぜながら約10分とろみがつくまで再び煮込む。
  6. 炒めた魚介類を入れ、ひと煮立ちさせる(弱火)
