This is a visually enjoyable curry. It has the creamy smoothness of fresh cream and the aromatic spices like cumin and cardamom, along with a rich and deep flavor.
The spiciness level is Medium.
How to cook:
1,(Medium heat) In a thick pot, heat the oil and sauté the ingredients cut into bite-sized pieces without scorching them.
2,(Low to Medium heat) Remove the scum and simmer until the ingredients become soft. 3,(400ml of water) Cook for about 15 minutes after water is boiled.(Turn off the heat) Break and dissolve the roux (1/2 box of this product).
4,(Low heat) Simmer while occasionally stirring (about 5 minutes). Add the milk (200ml) and continue to simmer until it thickens further (about 5 minutes).

【作り方】
1,(中火)厚手の鍋に油を熱し、一口大に切った具材を焦がさないように炒める。
2,(弱火〜中火)あくを取り、具材が柔らかくなるまで煮込む。(水400ml)沸騰後約15分。
3,(火を止める)ルウ(本品1/2箱)を割り入れて溶かす。
4,(弱火)時々かき混ぜながら煮込む(約5分)。牛乳(200ml)を入れてさらにとろみがつくまで煮込む(約5分)
