Kanedai's miso has a high percentage of koji and can be used to make delicious miso soup without soup stock.
There are three types of miso: rice miso made from rice koji, barley miso made from barley koji and combined miso made from rice and barley koji.
You can use them to suit your taste and cooking.
Genki na Koji-kun’ is a ready-made miso that was put on the market after many customers of the miso-making set “Omiso-no Gakko” asked for miso to eat while waiting for their handmade miso to ferment.
No preservatives or alcohol are added, and fermentation is not stopped by high-temperature heat treatment, so it continues to mature even after you receive it.
You can keep the freshly made taste by storing it in the refrigerator or freezer immediately, or you can enjoy growing your own miso by storing it at room temperature for further maturation.

すぐに冷蔵庫・冷凍庫保管で出来立てのおいしさを保てますし、常温保管で熟成を進め、おみそを育てる楽しさもあります。
