The ingredients have carefully selected, rich sardine flakes, mild mackerel flakes, and fragrant skipjack tuna flakes for commercial use. These have been shaved into a flake form that easily releases flavor for broth, and they have been processed into soup bags with non-woven fabric for easy broth preparation. One bag contains 200g. To ensure freshness, it is packed in an inert gas-filled package.

Basic dashi *Please adjust the quantity for your taste.

  1. prepare 24 litres of water.
  2. cook 5 bags (1 kg) of this product at 85-90°C for about 25 minutes.
  3. After cooking, turn off the heat and remove the dashi packets.

基本のだし ※分量はお好みでご調整お願いします。

  1. 24Lの水を準備します。
  2. 85-90℃で当品を5袋(1kg)を入れて25分ほど炊きます。
  3. 炊き上がり後、火を止めてだしパックを取り出します。
