This product is a collaboration with Okonomi-Sauce from Otafuku Sauce Co. The crispy texture of the ikaten is made into a single-lobed ikaten, flavoured with okonomi- sauce under the supervision of OTAFUKU Sauce.

The ikaten is made using only the body part of the squid and fried in 100% canola oil.

いか天はするめの胴部分のみを使用し、キャノーラ油100％でフライしました。
