This is a collaboration product with Wasabi Beef, a popular product of Sanyo Confectionery Co. Jerky-like snacks made from soy beans, also known as ‘meat of the field’, with a rich beef flavour enhanced by wasabi.

The wasabi powder is made from Japanese domestic wasabi. The more you bite into it, the more the flavour overflows.
