Thick and Creamy Mentaiko Tororo Udon!

With a rich Japanese-style sauce deeply infused with bonito flavour, this dish is perfect with both mentaiko and yam powder. The intense taste of the mentaiko and the smooth, creamy texture of the yam powder blend perfectly with the chewy udon noodles, creating a delicious harmony with each mix. This addictive, satisfying flavour will make you want to dig in with every bite!

Cooking instructions (Approximate volume of hot water required: 680 ml)

  1. Open the lid from line A to B and remove the seasoning and furikake.
  2. Pour boiling water up to the inner line and cover.
  3. After 5 minutes, slowly peel off the hot water drain opening at C in the direction of the arrow, hold the cup firmly and slowly tilt it while draining the hot water from the drain opening. (Be careful not to burn yourself!)
  4. Remove the lid and mix the seasoning into the noodles.
  5. Sprinkle the furikake evenly over the noodles and mix well before serving.

まぜてとろっと明太とろろうどん!

鰹だしがしっかり利いた濃いめの和風たれに、明太子と山芋パウダーのW仕上げで明太子の濃い味わいと、まぜるごとにとろっと感じる山芋パウダーが噛み応えのあるうどんと絶妙に良く絡むから、思わず搔き込みたくなるやみつき必至の味わいで満足できる「明太とろろ風うどん」。

調理方法(必要なお湯の目安量:680ml)

  1. フタをAからBの線まで開け、調味たれ、ふりかけを取り出す。
  2. 熱湯を内側の線まで注ぎフタをする。
  3. 5分後、Cの湯切り口を矢印の方向にゆっくりはがし、カップをしっかり持ち、ゆっくり傾けながら湯切り口よりお湯を切る。(やけどに注意!)
  4. フタを全てはがし、めんに調味たれをよくまぜ合わせる。
  5. ふりかけをめんにまんべんなくかけて、よくまぜ合わせてお召し上がりください。
