Gobou Cha is non caffeine tea and this one uses only Japanese grown gobou(burdock) which were roasted after washed and sliced with skin on.
Pour 150ml hot water and leave for about 2mins to enjoy the flavour. 1p can be used few times.
Gobou has both water‐soluble and non water‐soluble dietary fiber. Water‐soluble dietary helps detox your body. Also it includes saponin which is included in Asian ginseng and famous for anti aging.
