The basis of chawanmushi that is particular about dashi and ingredients. It contains dashi stock and ingredients that are difficult to prepare when making chawanmushi. Contains red snow crab from Tottori prefecture. You can make 2 servings with 1 pack.
*Chawan mushi=steamed egg custard with assorted ingredients
1 egg, 1 chawanmushi mix, 200ml hot water.
1.-Mix the chawanmushi mix in 200ml hot water.
2.- When cool to about 36-37 degrees celcius, add 1 beaten egg and mix.
3.- Pour into two deep heat-resistant containers. Place 2 of the containers in the microwave without wrapping, and heat in the microwave at 500W for about 3 minutes.

あと一品が足りない日の強い味方です。鳥取県産のベニズワイガニが入っています。1個で2人前作れます。①卵1個、茶碗蒸しの素1つ、お湯200ml、②お湯200mlで茶碗蒸しの素を溶かす。③人肌程度に冷まし、1個分の溶き卵を加えて混ぜる。④深めの耐熱容器2個に注ぎ分ける。ラップをせずにレンジに2個並べて置き、電子レンジで500W、約3分加熱する。※加熱時間は機種、W数、器により異なります。
200W・・・10分 300W・・・5分
500W・・・3分 600W・・・2分30秒
※500W、3分の加熱で中身の飛び散り、液が分離してしまった場合は、30秒ほど加熱時間を短くしてください。
