If you use 1 cup of rice, just cook it on the stove for about 6 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it steam for 7 minutes, and it's ready! You can enjoy rice in as little as 13 minutes. Typical clay pots require careful heat control to cook delicious rice. STEP 1 Rinse the rice

Quickly and gently wash the rice with plenty of water.

STEP 2 Soak the rice

Place the white rice in the rice pot and soak it in water for about 30 minutes or more, using the water level line as a guide.

STEP 3 Cook the rice

Cover the body of the pot with the inner and outer lids. Using the time indicated on the distribution chart as a reference, heat on medium-high heat, then turn off the heat.

STEP 4 Let it steam

Let it steam with the lid on for 10 to 15 minutes.

STEP1 洗米する 

たっぷりの水でお米を手早く優しく洗います

STEP2 浸水させる 

ご飯鍋に白米を入れ、水位線を目安に約30分以上水に浸してください。

STEP3 炊飯 

内蓋と外蓋を胴体にかぶせます。配分表の時間を参考に中強火で加熱し、火を止めます。

STEP4 蒸らし

蓋を置いたまま10分~15分間蒸らします。
