“Yumepirika” was born from the “dream” of “Producing the best rice in Japan from Hokkaido”.
The name comes from the Hokkaido people's "dream" and the Ainu word "pirika" which means beautiful.
Characterized by moderate stickiness and rich sweetness, this rice has been awarded multiple times with the highest rating of "Special A" in the rice taste ranking of the Japan Grain Inspection Association.

「北海道から日本一のお米を」という「夢」から誕生したのが「ゆめぴりか」です。
