Koikeya Farm is a project in which Koikeya begins with the cultivation of original brand its potatoes to pursues the ultimate in delicious potato.
"Shirokane Dandy" is Koikeya's original brand potato, which is characterized by its overflowing flavor and satisfying texture as you bite into it.
It is a potato that you will never get tired of eating, and it has full of flavor.
For seasoning, we used the fragrant "Suji Aonori", which is also called the "king of blue glue", to greatly enhance the flavor of Shirokane Dandy.
