~The king of persimmons, Fuji persimmon Daifuku.
In Yawatahama City, (Ehime Prefecture), it is a famous citrus-producing area in Shikoku, there is a special product known as the ‘Fuji persimmon’, which is said to be named after the shape of Mount Fuji when the head is turned down. Fuji persimmon is a high-quality.

To enhance the sweetness of the cut Fuji persimmon, it is wrapped in a custom-made cream cheese filling and wrapped in thinly finished gyuhi. Please enjoy the superb texture and sweetness.

How to enjoy
We recommend that you defrost it slowly in the fridge for 6-8 hours and serve it when the Fuji persimmon inside is half defrosted. (Defrosting time varies depending on the environment.)
Please enjoy them in the defrosted state of your choice.

*Once thawed, please refrain from refreezing as the quality will deteriorate if it is frozen again, and please eat as soon as possible after thawing.
