This natto is GI low and uses GM free soy beans from Okayama prefecture and 'DC-15 natto bacteria ' which got a patent in Japan.
DC-15 suppresses that carbohydrates get resolved into glucose, so it suppresses increase of glucose after eating and has been getting attention in Japan. The carbohydrates which don't get digested in small intestine will be digested in large intestine by enteric microbes. From that, the intestinal environment will be adjusted. That is why this natto is suitable especially when you are on diet or when you would like to prevent metabolic syndrome.
This natto has less smell than other ones and the sauce inside the packet has less salt. Each soy bean is about 1.5 size bigger than normal natto beans and naturally sweet.
