the "Locally Loved Chain restaurant collaboration" series  with a popular local restaurant! This time, we collaborated with the popular udon chain restaurant whose name is "West" from Fukuoka prefecture.

It is a burdock udon with bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, and iriko seafood stock, and the burdock ten, which is particular about texture and flavor. It is delicious!
