Daigaku-imo is made from domestically produced sweet potatoes and is characterized by its elegant sweetness, crispy outside, and moist and fluffy inside.
Even if it is thawed, it does not lose its taste and texture, so it can be used as a dessert or as a snack.

九州産のさつまいもを食べやすいスティック状にし、
こだわりの飴（独自の飴炊き詰めとコーティング技術で）製造しております。
解凍後の飴たれ速度が遅く、長時間カリカリ食感が味わえます。

さつまいもは国内の直営農園、協働契約農園で、
大自然の恵みと作り手の深い愛情をたっぷり受けて育まれたさつまいもを使用。
土の中で育つからこそ、健康的な土づくりのために土壌の栄養バランスを
大切にした栽培を実践しています。

黄金千貫(コガネセンガン)は皮が白く、中はほんのりと淡い黄色という品種で、
九州では有名なさつまいもの品種です。
「黄金を千貫積んでも値打ちがある」と言われたことが名前の由来です。
焼酎や芋けんぴなどによく使用されるさつまいもで、
栗のようなほくっとした食感が特徴的です。
