Already cooked. It goes well with Sake and Beer. It is also good as healthy snack. Place in a microwave safe container and wrap with plastic wrap. Warm up in microwave for about 3 minutes with 1500W from frozen, (5minutes with 800w) and it is ready to eat! You can add some salt before you eat if you need.
