``Nanko plums from Wakayama prefecture'' are pickled in alcohol.
It has a mild taste of dried fruit.
This plum is from the Kinan region and is also known as the Kishu plum in Wakayama Prefecture. Plum has been called the ``chief of medicines'' since ancient times, and recently there has been increasing interest in it as an alkaline health food. We used Nanko plums, which are suitable for processing such as pickled plums and plum juice.

和歌山県「紀州梅」でもおなじみの紀南地方のウメです。ウメは古来から「百薬の長」とも言い、昨今ではアルカリ性の健康食品として関心が高まっています。梅干し・梅ジュースなどの加工用に適した南高梅を使用しました。
