In recent years, the term "SDGs" has become more familiar, and people are increasingly aware of and taking action on environmental and social issues. "Food waste" is also a pressing concern.

We have created a snack that is kind to both the planet and your body by upcycling ingredients that would otherwise be discarded.

What is upcycling?

Upcycling is the practice of giving new value to items that would otherwise be thrown away, turning them into something new and useful.

Features of "Rokkado" Snacks:

1. We use ingredients that were previously discarded, such as "okara" (soybean pulp) and "sweet potato peels." You can enjoy their true value and the delicious taste of "mottainai" (waste-consciousness).
2. The snacks are hexagon-shaped, thin, and crispy. This shape allows them to be packed efficiently with minimal production waste, creating a crunchy texture that is addictive.
3. In line with the SDGs and efforts to reduce plastic, we use "paper packaging" to support the move away from plastic.

ここ数年で「SDGs」という言葉は身近になり、環境問題や社会問題に

※アップサイクルとは？

本来は捨てられるはずだったものに新しい付加価値を
プラスして生まれ変わらせる取り組みです。

●「ろっから堂」の特徴

1. これまでは捨てられていた「おから」「さつまいもの皮」を使用。
   これらが持っている本当の価値"もったいないおいしさ"をが楽しめます。
2. おせんべいの形状は「六角形」の薄焼きタイプ。
   おせんべい同士の間が隙間なく配置できるため、生産ロスによる廃棄を最小限に留めることができます。パリッと食感がクセになるおせんべいです。
3. SDG sの広がりの中、脱プラの一環として「紙パッケージ」を採用。
