Pour 450ml of water and boil in a pot. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes. (Adjust the cooking time according to your preference.)
While the noodles are cooking, put the powdered soup base into a bowl.
Once the noodles are loosened, pour the hot water from the pot into the bowl first, and mix well to dissolve the soup base.
Add the noodles to the bowl, then lightly mix in the seasoning paste. Your dish is ready! You can also add minced meat, green onions, bock choy, nuts, cilantro, or other toppings as you like.
