The dough is mixed with sweet potato powder, creating a baked sweet potato flavor that is different from regular Poteco, with an addictive savory and slightly sweet taste.  It also contains the added benefit of dietary fiber.

生地にさつまいもパウダーを練り込み、通常のポテコとは異なる、香ばしさと甘じょっぱい味わいがクセになる焼きいも味です。さつまいもパウダーの一部に使用している安納芋パウダーを昨年よりも増量し、さつまいもの風味をさらに向上させました。うれしい食物繊維いりです。
