How to make Coffee Jelly
Coffee Jelly
Ingredients: Agar Agar Powder 4g /Sugar 3 tablespoon / Water 700ml / Instant Coffee 5 tablespoon / Condensed Milk or Whipped Cream(if you like)
1. Boil Agar Agar Powder, sugar and water and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes after it gets boiled.
2. Mix instant coffee and remove from heat, pure in molds.
3. After it gets bit cooler, settle in fridge.
4. Decolate with condensed milk or whipped cream if you like, and it is ready to eat♪
