●For Microwave Cooking

Transfer the frozen "Kuri Kabocha" to a plate, placing the skin side down in a single layer. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave.

Note: Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave model and the quantity you are heating.

◆Recommended Heating Times:
500W: Half a bag - about 4 minutes, Full bag - about 7 minutes
600W: Half a bag - about 3.5 minutes, Full bag - about 6.5 minutes

●For Boiling

Place the frozen "Kuri Kabocha" directly into boiling water and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
