A highly alkaline degreaser suitable for the cleaning of ovens and　grills. Very effective in the removal of grease, fats, oils, burnt food and, other tough dirt without the need for scrubbing and won’t damage surfaces. The low irritant odour makes it ideal for use in busy kitchens. - Heat surface to be cleaned to approximately 250-300 degrees. - Remove as much grease as you can with spatula. - Add a small quantity of Oven and Grill Cleaner onto surface. Work in circular motions with spatula. Quantity can be varied for desired strength. - Rinse thoroughly with water. When dry rub a thin coat of oil.
