A seasoning with a rich flavor that harmonizes the umami of bonito stock, beef, and vegetables.
Just cut the ingredients, put them in a pot and bring to a boil. All you have to do is season it with a little bit of Nikujaganomoto and it's easy to make.
It comes in 3 bags of 1 to 2 servings, so you can use it according to the amount you want to make.
鰹だし、ビーフ、野菜のうま味が調和したコクのある味の調味料です。
肉じゃがはもちろん、かぼちゃなどの煮物の味つけにも重宝します。
材料を切ってお鍋に入れて煮るだけ。あとは「ちょっと肉じゃがの素」で味つけすれば、簡単に仕上がります。
1~2人前×3袋入なので、作りたい量に合わせて使えます。
Ingredients
40g thinly sliced beef
1 medium potato
1/5 carrot
1/8 onion
green beans
200ml water
How to cook
1 slice the potato, the onion and the carrot into respective consumable sizes and add them into a pot. Then add water and turn on the heat.
2 once it starts to boil, add the nikujaganomoto and sliced beef, and simmer in low heat for approximately 20 minutes until there is no broth.
3 it is now ready to serve
