"Niku Sui" is a clear broth dish made by removing the noodles from a meat udon soup, leaving just the broth and meat. It is said to have become popular after a comedian, wanting a light meal, ordered "meat udon without the noodles" at a popular udon shop. This dish then became a favourite among comedians and spread as "Niku Sui."
A Rich, Heartwarming Broth Loved by Locals
We have recreated the rich, flavourful broth by combining the savoury taste of beef, beloved in Kansai, with a refined dashi made from bonito and kelp. The carefully selected dashi enhances the flavours of the vegetables and meat, offering a heartwarming taste that lingers until the last bite.

本商品は、大阪の難波千日前で生まれた、地元で有名な「肉吸い」の味わいを、野菜や肉などの具材を入れて楽しめる、ストレートタイプの鍋つゆです。
「肉吸い」は肉うどんからうどんを抜いた吸い物のことをいい、だしをきかせたつゆが特長です。肉うどんが人気の店で、ある芸人が軽く食事がしたいと注文した「うどん抜きの肉うどん」がその後、芸人御用達メニューになり「肉吸い」として広まったといわれています。
地元で長く愛される、旨味がきいた心温まるだしの味わい
