The rich curry roux incorporates the umami of chicken and pork along with the sweetness of apples, and it is finished smoothly with four types of cheese: cheddar cheese, gouda cheese, cream cheese, and camembert cheese.

How to cook:

Put the soup into the pot and heat it. Once it comes to a boil, add the meat and sausages. *Please shake the soup well before pouring it into the pot.

When it boils again, get rid of the scum and add the cabbage and pumpkin. Once they are cooked through, add the broccoli, and it's done when all the ingredients are cooked.

【作り方】
