It is a rich hot pot soup made with miso and tonkotsu extract, blended with the depth of ground sesame, doubanjiang, and sweet bean sauce, and enhanced with six types of spices.

How to cook:

Pour the soup into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the meat. *Please shake the soup well before putting it in the pot.

Once it comes to a boil again, reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining ingredients, and it's done when everything is cooked through.

【作り方】

1. 鍋にスープを入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら肉を加えます。
   ※スープはよく振ってから鍋に入れてください。
2. 再び沸騰したら、火を中火におとし、残りの具材を加え、火が通ったら出来上がりです。
