This is a mayonnaise that pays thorough attention to the freshness and quality of eggs, vinegar, and oil, resulting in a rich yet gentle flavor with a subdued acidity. Only domestic fresh eggs ("Pure Select Egg") that are within three days of being laid are used. The vinegar is a special blend of mellow vinegar that has been heat-treated, along with white grape vinegar, brown rice vinegar, and wood barrel-aged malt vinegar, referred to as "Pure Select Vinegar." The oil consists of high-quality canola oil, soybean oil, and corn oil.

卵・酢・油の鮮度・品質にとことんこだわり、コクがあって酸味控えめなやさしい味わいのマヨネーズです。
卵は、とれて３日以内の国産新鮮たまご（「ピュアセレクトエッグ」）だけを使用しています。
酢は、熱を加えたまろやかなお酢に、白ぶどう酢・玄米酢・木樽熟成モルト酢をブレンドした、特製「ピュアセレクトビネガー」を使用しています。
油は、良質なキャノーラ油、大豆油、コーン油を使用しています。
