Each piece is almost same size & thickness, so easier to cook and serve many. After deep fried, it is ready to serve with salad or to serve on rice for Katsudon, or it is great to make Pork Katsu sandwich as well♪

Convention oven: Preheat oven to 180℃ and cook the katsu on a lightly greased oven tray for about 20-25 minutes. Turn the katsu in the half way through.
Deep frying: Preheat oil to 180℃ and fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn the katsu in the half way through.
*The cooking time varies depending on the equipment to use & how many pieces to cook at once. Please check if the each piece is cooked completely before serving.
