When the miso is dissolved, the aroma of barley wafts through the air.
This rustic miso has a slightly salty, deep taste and the texture of barley.
The ingredients are prepared by the company and left to mature for 2-4 months.
It tastes freshly made and full of the aroma of koji, just when you are about to eat it.
All ingredients are domestically produced in Japan.
Storage methods
Store in the refrigeratokanedai or freezer until you are ready to enjoy the colour, aroma and taste.

Approximately 1 year from the date of preparation.

ほんのり塩味と深みのある味で麦の食感も感じられる田舎風のおみそです。
材料を当社で仕込み、2~4カ月ほどねかせたおみそです。
お味はちょうど食べ始め頃、麹の香りがいっぱいの、出来たて生みそです。
原材料は、すべて国産を使用しております。
