This Japanese-style monaka ice cream is a combination of high quality Uji green tea ice cream and tsubuan (sweet bean paste) with a good graininess.

The monaka skin is made from Japanese domestic rice flour and the tsubuan (sweet bean paste) is made from Hokkaido azuki beans.
