"Churaumi Sodachi" is made by drawing seawater from about 2,000 meters off the coast of Itoman, Okinawa, concentrating it, and carefully cooking it over a wood fire. It is a delicious sea salt characterized not only by its simple salty taste but also by a subtle sweetness.
*The Birth of 'Sea Salt'.
In 1997, the Salt Monopoly System was abolished, allowing the production of salt from seawater. This led to the creation of 'Sea Salt,' made from 100% Okinawan seawater, a long-cherished goal since the company's establishment.
「美ら海育ち」は、沖縄・糸満沖合約2000mの海水を汲み上げて濃縮し、薪の炎でじっくりと炊き上げました。 単調な塩味だけでなく、ほのかな甘みが特徴のおいしい海水塩です。
