This is a "asazuke no moto" (quick pickling seasoning) that can be made simply by mixing it with chopped vegetables, creating a sticky texture. We use 100% Japanese domestically produced kelp as the raw material, and among that, we use 20% of premium "gagome kelp," which is known for its particularly high rarity and sticky qualities.Additionally, the enclosed sauce is finished with a sweet and spicy soy sauce flavor, making it perfect to accompany rice. With zero marinating time, it offers an appealing sticky texture that is unlike any pickles you’ve had before.
How to make
Things to prepare: 1.5 cucumbers and this product.
1, Cut the cucumber into 2mm wide diagonal slices.
2, Take out the sauce and desiccant from the bag. Combine 1 and kombu in a bowl.
3, Mix the tare with 2, and when it becomes sticky, it's complete.
