Beni Haruka sweet potato, which is grown in the strong sunlight in southern part of Kyushu, where is called Kagoshima Prefecture. The soil temperature in Kagoshima is high for every season so that the sweetness of Beniharuka is very strong. This product is slowly baked in a far-infrared kiln. Therefore it is moist and sweet.
