Shiro dashi Gold is a light-colored, concentrated liquid Dashi (broth) made with salt, sugar, soy sauce, and 4 kinds of Japanese Dashi (broth) ingredients: dried skipjack tuna, mackerel, frigate mackerel, and kelp from Hokkaido. It features organic soy sauce and 1.5 times the amount of Dashi ingredients compared to regular SHIRODASHI.
