It is a granule-type dashi stock without added salt. And  it was made Makurazaki bonito flakes and pursues the taste of "Ichiban dashi".
The bonito flakes are carefully drained and dried under the sun so that it is  characterized by a thick and refined umami flavor.

鰹本枯節は、丁寧な血合い抜き、4回のカビ付けと天日干しで仕上げたもので、雑味がなく厚みのある洗練されたうま味が特長です。
