This uses green tea from Japan and are roasted carefully to keep the green colour and deep flavour of the tea. This includes matcha from Uji where is one of the most famous areas for green tea in Japan.
If you would like to enjoy as normal tea, please mix 0.5g of this green tea powder with 120ml of hot water, or 1g with 500ml of cold water.
This green tea powder is suitable for baking & cooking as well.
