Using iriko powder from Ibuki Island in the Setouchi Sea. It is a granule-type dashi stock without salt-added that pursues the original aroma and richness of iriko.
"Ibuki Iriko" that is made by thoroughly controlling the freshness from catch to processing, is characterized by its elegant and rich umami.
Ibuki Iriko: Refers to boiled dried fish processed on Ibuki Island using anchovy caught off the coast of Ibuki Island in the Setouchi Sea.
瀬戸内海伊吹島のいりこ粉末を使用し、いりこ本来の香りとコクを追求した食塩無添加の顆粒タイプのだしの素です。
漁獲から加工まで徹底した鮮度管理をして作られた「伊吹いりこ」(※)は、上品で濃厚なうまみが特長です。
※伊吹いりこ:瀬戸内海・伊吹島の沖合で漁獲されたカタクチイワシを用い、伊吹島で加工された煮干魚類のことをいいます。
